Artist Profile

I live in Chennai, with my family. I am a graduate from All Saints College, Thiruvananthapuram, having been born and brought up there.
Though my passion flourished during the Covid Era, it was dormant in my mind, because I have always found art very fascinating from my childhood.

It was only when I had access to online classes, especially my first guru Sri Sreenath Thambi from Kottayam, that I became more confident about my hobbies. I found I was able to explore more. I continued learning under various tutors, such as Tanjore Paintings from Thresiamma Lisa Ma’am (from Chennai) and pencil drawings from Ritesh Sir. All of these experiences
occurred due to online classes during the Covid time.

Currently I am trying to further improvise my skills under Dileep Sir from Swastik Murals, here in Chennai. By the grace of God, it was a dream come true when I participated in my first art exhibition via Akanksha Group, at the India Art Festival in Bengaluru, in December 2023. I truly wish to explore more in Traditional Art in the coming days with a lot of support and encouragement from my teachers and art enthusiasts. I am extremely keen on taking commission orders on Kerala Murals and Tanjore paintings.
